RETURNS
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Opened or used products cannot be returned due to the nature of herbal and wellness products.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days to your original payment method.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item please contact us  within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned — Opened or used herbal products Herbal teas and powders once opened Customized or personalized orders Sale or discounted items

SHIPPING /DELIVERY COSTS
Return shipping/ Delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Original shipping/ Delivery charges are non refundable.
