Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of placing. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp / call
or email. Once the order is dispatched it cannot be cancelled.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can checkout as a guest. However creating an account allows you to track orders, save addresses and view order history easily.
Is Cash on Delivery available? Cash on Delivery is available for selected areas within Sri Lanka. Please contact us via WhatsApp to confirm availability for your location.
How long does delivery take?
Colombo & suburbs — 1 to 2 working days
Other areas — 2 to 4 working days
Remote areas — 3 to 5 working days

Yes. We ship to selected countries worldwide. International delivery takes 7 to 14 working days depending on destination. Additional shipping charges apply.
